Student privacy comes first.
This pre-launch privacy summary reflects how the global registration system is designed. Formal legal policy language must be reviewed and approved before public launch.
What the system collects
Team, school, student contact, location, referral, guardian consent, submission, and competition-status information needed to operate the program.
What the system does not collect
Social Security numbers, passport details, immigration status, unnecessary home addresses, bank information, or sensitive medical data.
How access is limited
Student and guardian data is not published. Team dashboards use private access links. Private submission files are stored separately from public web content.
Publicity choices
Photo/video and public-display permissions are optional and independently selectable. Withholding those permissions does not prevent basic competition eligibility.
